These rules are a relatively heavily modified ruleset of Jason Mical’s Fallout PnP 3.0, with some adaptation using the simple rules. I added my own personal updating bringing the game more up into the modern games, and simplifying some of the more complex rules for ease at the table and (hopefully) balance. Both those pages still have some good info (like character concepts) that can be found on their respective pages.
