this character is cursed, for the better. while increasing critical miss chance for everyone, the effect on himself is tiny. on average the jinx will increas critical miss by 3, not a huge amount,but enough that it pips up more. You also have a 10% chance to succeed on any d100 check, which is pretty frickin cool!

this character can benefit greatly from several other perks as well, gifted, fast shot and finesse come immediately to mind. with finesse you’d have a base critical rate of 20%, which is gonna be a lot of crits.

there is a lot of room on skill manipulation here, and I only picked throwing because I saw him as kind of the mad bomber(like a crazy pf alchemist). he could easily be built slightly more for shooting or melee though as well.
